What Does Your SP Tools Warranty Cover?
An SP Tools warranty covers the repair or replacement (at the discretion of SP Tools) of your tool if a defect is found to be due to faulty materials or poor workmanship within the warranty period.
If a specific part is no longer available, for example due to color variations or model changes, SP Tools will replace it with a functional replacement part.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this warranty. A statutory warranty means that a product must meet the reasonable expectations of a consumer.

What is Not Covered by the SP Tools Warranty?
SP Tools are designed and manufactured for consistent use under normal conditions. All our tools meet or exceed all DIN or ANSI standards. If a tool is used according to the guidelines and becomes defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it.
However, there are situations where the SP Tools warranty does not apply. Below is an overview of what is not covered:
- Normal wear and tear, such as parts that wear out over time (e.g., bearings, seals, components, batteries, hand tools, etc.).
- Accidental damage or misuse.
- Damage caused by use that does not comply with SP Tools' specifications.
- Damage due to failure to follow the recommended maintenance of the tool.
- Removal of blockages or malfunctions caused by external factors, such as power outages or external damage.
- Defects caused by circumstances beyond SP Tools' control, such as improper assembly, negligent use, or modifications not carried out by SP Tools or authorized service partners.
- Use of non-original parts or accessories.

What Are the Warranty Conditions?
The conditions of the SP Tools Warranty are as follows:
- The warranty begins on the date of purchase (or the date of delivery if later).
- For warranty repair or replacement, proof of purchase or delivery must be provided. Without this proof, any work carried out will be charged. Keep this proof safe.
- All work is performed by SP Tools or authorized service partners.
- Replaced parts become the property of SP Tools.
- The warranty period is not extended by a repair or replacement.
- This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

How Do You Claim the SP Tools Warranty?
Submit your defective tool to one of our dealers (which can be found on our dealer page) or return it directly to us. IMPORTANT: At all times, you must include the fully completed Warranty, Repair & Return Form with the product.
Where is the SP Tools Warranty Valid?
The SP Tools Warranty applies in the country of purchase and may be valid in other countries if the same model of the tool is also sold there.

Are SP Tools Warranties Transferable?
Yes, SP Tools warranties are transferable to the new owner, provided the original proof of purchase and proof of ownership transfer are present. The tool must be in good condition at the time of transfer.
